Retirer la foccacia de son emballage et la laisser décongeler pendant environ 45 minutes; faites-la cuire sur un gril à une température de 250 °C pendant environ 3/4 min. Vous pouvez également la faire cuire sur la plaque du four à une température de 220 °C pendant environ 7 min.
